RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
The item/s must be in original condition, not worn or altered in any way.
Include original Receipt or Invoice included with your return
Item/s must be shipped back in the original Tough Love box to ensure the safety of the item on it’s way back to us.
We cannot accept returns sent to us by courier. Please use your local postal facility to ship the items back to us.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive and return your item/s.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for mailing item/s to Tough Love are not covered or reimbursed by us, unless we accidentally sent you the wrong products or your items arrived damaged or faulty.
We will pay the shipping fee of posting the new or altered items back to you.
HOW DO I ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you all the details you need!
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your items being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
